BBQ Fellowship Meal at Central Oak Heights

“You’ve got a lot of Nerf!’ On Sunday, May 22, we invite you to join us for a Fellowship Meal, followed by a Family Nerf Event.

Congratulations to our graduates! A time to congratulate them will be featured in the morning worship service.

Come to celebrate the women who are so important in our lives.

We are once again planning a mission trip with  Healthy Niños Honduras! The dates for the trip are February 18-25, 2023.

This is a wonderful opportunity to show the love of Jesus, both physically and spiritually, to people in need. Teams will provide medical care in daily clinics, pour concrete floors to several homes, and bring hope and love to poor, rural communities in Honduras. No medical background is necessary!

Palm Sunday, April 10: Join our children and sing, “Hosanna!” and wave palms on Palm Sunday morning.

There will also be a special time of worship, as we return our wooden crosses to show “what the cross means to me.”

Palm Sunday Cross Project: If you did not receive a wooden cross, let us know. Please reflect on what the cross means to you and creatively communicate that on your cross and return it April 10, for our Palm Sunday service. See Pastor Tim or contact the church office if you have questions.

Celebrate Easter on April 17 at 9:15am. Easter is a
great time to invite others to worship with us, to celebrate
Jesus’ sacrifice and resurrection.

(There will be no Sunday school on Easter.)

He is risen! He is risen, indeed!

Join us for a Maundy Thursday service on April 14, the evening
before Good Friday. The event will begin at 6:30 PM, with a meal of
soup and bread, followed by communion.

Please gather with us on April 24, at 9:15 AM, to discuss the Director of Congregational Ministries position. JoAnne’s resignation will create a void that impacts all of us at CMF and prompts us to look at the current and future needs and vision of CMF. We want to continue being   obedient to God’s calling as we press in toward Christ and reach out to the world, providing the necessary supports for our congregation to accomplish this goal. Please bring your thoughts and questions as we discern our next steps.

There will be no adult or youth Sunday school, but children’s Sunday school will begin at 9:15 AM, during the congregational meeting. The normal worship service (including Children’s Church, nursery, and baptism class) will follow the     congregational meeting, at 10:45 AM.

This change in the worship service time is only for Sunday, April 24. Other Sundays will continue to have our regular schedule of the worship service at 9:15 AM, followed by Sunday school at 10:45 AM. 

Family Fellowship Brunch and Roller Skating!

On Sunday, February 27, we invite you to stay after the morning worship service for a fellowship brunch. Please bring enough food for your family and some to share.

There will be no Sunday school classes that day.

Later, join back up at Trout Pond Park, Muncy, for roller skating from 2:00-5:30 PM. $6.00
admission fee and skate rentals: $2 for kids $3 adults. Let’s Roll!
